Caroline Gargano
Caroline is a Master Colorist & Hairstylist with over 30 years of domestic and international experience. She has both trained and worked in Dublin, London, Germany, and New York. She recently moved to Citrus County from Long Island, NY where she had her own business for 20 years. She specializes in color, corrective color, highlights, balayage and precision hair cuts. She also has experience in Bridal/Prom Hair and Makeup and has been featured in Long Island Bride Magazine. Caroline is happy to join the team at Innovative Edge Hair Design and we are excited that she is bringing her talents and passion to our salon
Alina Wood
Born and raised in Russia, she is European trained and is a master colorist. She is an expert in all things color and lightening techniques and has cutting edge haircutting skills. She says "I love my profession so I constantly continue my training because I enjoy following new trends!" Alina's main focus is color as well as all styles of haircuts and perms too. She pays a lot of attention to hair care procedures so that that her guests’ hair always looks well-groomed. With her experience and technical skills, her schedule will fill up fast. Her hours are from 1-7 on Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 9-5 on Fridays. This is one stylist you do not want to miss out on.
Kimberly Pelton
Kimberly Pelton graduated Cosmetology school in 1993 from Connecticut Institute of Hair Design in East Hartford, Ct. Since then, she has been a leader in the industry having taught future cosmetologists and managed 3 different salons. Recently, Kimberly earned her Masters of Balayage and Hair extension certifications to better serve her clients. She excels in highlighting and color services while also enjoying offering precision haircuts and blowouts. Kimberly is married to to love of her life, Jay Pelton, raised 2 children as a single mother, Matthew who is currently enrolled in the University of Alabama, Huntsville earning his Doctorate in Astrophysics and Tyler who is currently serving in our United States Navy. In 2015, Kimberly was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer and after Chemo Therapy, Radiation and multiple surgeries, Kimberly was deemed cancer free in 2016 and has been ever since. She has never taken a single moment for granted since that day. Now, she owns and operates Innovative Edge Hair Design which has been her dream for as long as she has been a hair stylist. One thing Cancer taught her was that the only things you regret in life are the chances you didn't take before it was too late.
Susan Catalo
Susan moved to Citrus County from upstate New York with over 30 years of experience. Starting in high school, her love of all things hair became apparent. She was trained in New York City as a color specialist and in London, England mastering advanced cutting and styling techniques. She specializes in hair cutting and styling as well as coloring, highlighting and corrective color. She owned her own full service salon, got married, raised three children, and has now joined us here in Florida to continue her love of all things hair!
Brooke Knowles
Hey!! My name is Brooke and I've been a stylist since 2010! Born and raised in Wisconsin but call Florida my home now since 2021. Im a bubbly, happy Lil Lady who loves to spread the Love! The Beauty industry has always been more of a passion then a "job" for me. Its being able to make someone look and feel their very best when leaving my chair. Help them see the beauty in themselves again. Its crazy what a little hair therapy and a teaching moment can do! My favorite thing to do in the beauty industry is Short ladies cuts, all the fun coloring services, brow waxing, updos, airbrush makeup! I can't wait to pamper you in my chair!
